In March 2010 Richard attended a friends birthday party as Quentin Crisp.'Monday evening I attended a birthday party for my dear friend Margaret Fabrizio who turned 80. . . Margaret met Quentin about twenty years ago...a devoted fan. Some people thought I was the real Quentin...lots of fun and different to stay in character off the stage in a social setting.'

An agent is trying to get theatres in West Hollywood to mount a production of Tea 'N' Crisp.Lets all keep our fingers crossed!

Tea 'N' Crisp - in Marin County.
Richard's performance in Tea 'N' Crisp has been selected as one of the finalists in a solo performance festival for the Ross Valley Players in Marin Country, California.
This will be on 27th February 2009.

Tea 'N' Crisp - in Lafayette.
Richard did a one-off performance in Lafayette on 17th October 2008.For this performance Richard changed the start by getting into costume on stage while talking about Quentin.
The performance went very well and a totally capivated audience gave Richard a standing ovation at the end.
'It was a wonderful experience.' Richard told me.

Richard performed a third run of his play Tea 'N' Crisp at the The San Francisco Playhouse every Sunday during July and August.

Tea 'N' Crisp in San Francisco
Richard performed the second run of his play at The San Francisco Playhouse on 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th of February 2008.
The success of the play was such that the theatre asked him to extend his run, but he had to go into preparation for A Mid Summer Night's Dream. So instead he will be returning to the theatre in June/July/August 2008 for a third run of Tea 'N' Crisp.
