Resident Alien: Quentin Crisp Explains it all.
Tim Fountain spent time with Quentin during the last year of his life, while doing his research into creating his stage play, based on his life and writings.
The play premiered on 10th November 1999 at the Bush Theatre, in London.
This was just 11 days before Quentin died, so he never got to see it performed live.
The play stars Betty Bourne as Quentin Crisp and is set entirely in Quentin's New York flat, with only one character - Quentin.
